Services & Pricing

Flat, transparent pricing.

Most service companies come out, inspect, then give you a price. Our pricing is listed right here on this page. Click on the Details for what each service includes.

  • Main Sewer Line Clearing

    $375

Professional drain snake, plus a free camera inspection to verify the clear.

    Includes FREE camera inspection

When the main line backs up, everything backs up. We run a professional drain snake through the line to open it, then send a camera down at no extra charge to confirm the clear and show you exactly what caused it: roots, grease, a broken section, or simple buildup. You see the footage yourself.

  • Hydro Jetting

    $475

High-pressure water that scours the line back to bare pipe.

A snake punches a hole through a clog. Hydro jetting removes it. High-pressure water strips heavy buildup, grease, sludge, roots, and debris off the pipe walls on any drain line. It is the right call when a line clogs again and again, or when buildup has been years in the making.

  • Kitchen and Bathroom Drain and Clog Clearing

    $165

Kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower, tub, or toilet. Cleared and tested.

Slow tub, standing water in the shower, a sink that will not drain, or a toilet that keeps rising. Kitchen lines clog differently, since grease cools and hardens on the pipe wall until nothing gets past it. Either way the flat rate covers clearing the line and testing it before we leave.

  • Professional Camera Drain Inspection

    $185

See inside the line: blockages, damage, and problems still forming.

A camera run through the line shows exactly what is happening inside it: where a blockage sits, whether roots have found a joint, whether a section has cracked or bellied. You get a clear picture instead of a guess, which matters most before you spend real money on a repair.

  • Diagnostic Inspection

    FREE

Free with any service above. $75 on its own.

    Free with any service

We identify what is actually wrong and tell you what we recommend, with a photo report you keep. Free with any service on this list, $75 standalone. The written photo report is built to hold up in a real-estate transaction, which helps if you are buying, selling, or need documentation for an owner.

  • Kitchen & Bathroom Fixture Installation

    By quote

Faucets, toilets, water filters, and similar fixture work.

Fixture installation is priced per job rather than flat rate, since it depends on the fixture and what is behind the wall. Call or text and we will talk through it.

How It Works

Three steps, start to finish.

  1. Call or text

Tell us what is backing up and where you are. We give you the flat rate and a window before we head out. No estimate visit, no surprises at the door.

  2. We arrive fast

A truck comes out stocked for the job: drain machine, jetter, camera. Most of the service area is inside a 30-minute drive, and we answer around the clock when it will not wait.

  3. Cleared, verified, back to normal

We open the line and test it before we pack up. On main line work, the camera goes down at no extra charge so you see it clear, and see what caused it in the first place.

Around the Clock

Emergency? We answer. Day or night.

Sewage backing up at 11 PM does not wait for Monday. We answer around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Call or text and we will tell you how soon we can be there.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How much does it cost to clear a drain?

We publish flat rates rather than quoting on the spot: $165 for a kitchen or bathroom drain, $375 for a main sewer line, and $475 for hydro jetting. The price you see is the price for the job.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes, with any service on our price list. We identify what is actually wrong, explain what we recommend, and leave you a photo report you keep. On its own, without other work, the diagnostic is $75.

Are you really available 24/7?

Yes. We answer calls and texts around the clock, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A drain does not wait for business hours, so neither do we. Call or text and we will tell you how soon we can be there.

What is included with main sewer line clearing?

We run a professional drain snake through the line to open it, then send a camera down at no extra charge to confirm the line is clear and show you what caused the blockage: roots, grease, buildup, or a damaged section of pipe. You see the footage yourself, which matters when you are deciding whether you have a maintenance problem or a repair problem.

Should I get the line snaked or hydro jetted?

Snaking opens a blocked line and is the right first step for most clogs. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to strip buildup off the pipe walls, and it is the better call when a line keeps clogging, when grease has accumulated over years, or when roots have worked into the joints. If we camera the line first, we can tell you which one your situation actually calls for instead of guessing.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Lynchburg and Central Virginia, including Forest, Madison Heights, Amherst, Bedford, Rustburg, Appomattox, Concord, Altavista, Monroe, Evington, Goode, Big Island, Huddleston, and out toward Roanoke, Charlottesville, Farmville, and Danville. Call or text and we will confirm we can get to you.

How do I pay, and when?

Cash, check, or credit card, processed at the time of service. There is nothing to pay up front and no deposit to book.

Do you handle anything besides clogged drains?

Drain and sewer work is what we do most: main lines, showers, tubs, toilets, and sinks. We also install kitchen and bathroom fixtures: faucets, toilets, water filters, and similar. Fixture work is quoted per job rather than flat rate, so call for details.
